However, if something goes wrong on our end and we cannot provide you with a puppy during the expected time period, then yes, we will refund you the reservation fee.
Reservation Fee is non-refundable, but can be transferred to the very next upcoming litter.

Are your dams and sires health tested?
Yes! Please check out our DAMS and SIRES pages for the health information.
Are bernedoodles hypoallergenic?
Yes and no. No dog is 100% hypoallergenic. It all depends on the type of allergy. If you are anything like our aunt, who is highly allergic to the protein in dogs’ saliva and urine, than, unfortunately, you need to forget about owning a dog.
For people, who are allergic to dander, doodles are a great option, since they are more allergy friendly.
If you or anyone in your family has severe allergies, we would suggest to get tested prior to putting a deposit on a puppy.
How do you raise your puppies?
We are very fond of Jeanette Forrey’s Badass Breeder way of raising puppies! That’s why we stick to the Service Dog Cirriculum to make sure your puppy grows to have a greater resistance to diseases, more tolerant to stress, and confident.
Every puppy will undergo Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction in the first two weeks after they are born. At 3 weeks we will begin daily handling exercises and puppies will start being exposed to new things and sounds up until they go to their forever homes. At this time they will aslo be introduced to the puppy mush. When they turn 4 weeks old we will start their weekly bath and grooming routine as well as crate training. Starting at 7 weeks old (between 49 and 52 days old) we will perform Puppy Aptitude test and that’s when the puppy selection process starts! Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks old.
What food do you feed your pups?
We feed all of our nursing moms and puppies Victor Classic Hi-Pro Plus.
We will send you home with a sample size of Victor Classic Hi-Pro Plus food to get you started. If you decide to switch to a different puppy food, you should do so gradually over the period of 5 to 7 days.
The rest of our dogs are on a Victor Classic Professional diet.
*Due to the recall of Victor products, we switched our puppies to Diamond Naturals Lamb and Rice Large Breed Puppy.
Can we come visit puppies prior to the Pick-Up Day?
All visits by appointments only!
Puppies can be visited only after they turn 7 weeks old and receive their first round of puppy boosters.
You can also visit our Instagram page and watch our daily stories saved in highlights.
Do you ship your puppies?
We fall under the category of “Hobby Breeder” according to the USDA. In keeping with their rules and regulations, we must meet our families face to face. For our out-of-state families, we highly suggest that you fly or drive yourself to come pick up your puppy on the Pick-Up Day and take him/her home with you. We can also meet you at the airport (MSY) if necessary.
If you cannot fly to pick up your pup, on rare occasions it may be possible for one of us to fly the puppy to you for an additional fee ranging from $500 to $1,000 depending on the distance and connections needed to be made.
